East Juniata ends 2021 with win over Lourdes

Ending the year in style!

The East Juniata boys basketball team ended 2021 in a big way, taking care of Lourdes Regional 54-52.

The Tigers finished with four players in double digits.

Leading the way for East Juniata on the night was Jake Brackbill with 16.

Rowen Smith and Tanner Barth both scored 12.

Rounding out the double-digit scoring was Owen Dressler with 11.

Lourdes Regional was led by Max Reiprish with 17.

East Juniata led after the first half by a 22-18 margin while Lourdes held a 34-32 lead.

But the Tigers were able to hold onto to take the contest by two.
