Greenwood’s offense too much for East Juniata squad

It was a tough night on the hardwood for the East Juniata girls basketball team as the fell in a Tri-Valley League Contest against Greenwood, 51-25.

Leading the way offensively for the Tigers was Owen Dressler who finished with an 11-point effort in defeat.

Greenwood started out taking a 12-8 advantage in the first quarter.

The Wildcats continued to roll in the second going into the half, leading 21-13.

East Juniata found itself falling more behind in the third as they only managed eight while Greenwood posted 16.

The Wildcats added 14 in final stanza while holding East Juniata to four en route to the 26-point win.
