Juniata baseball honors their seniors with convincing win

MIFFLINTOWN – Celebrating for the seniors!

The Juniata Indians baseball team honored their senior players in fine fashion by bringing home a 12-2 victory over the visiting Wolfpack of St. Joseph’s Thursday afternoon in front of their family, friends and fans.

Offensively, the Indians offense cranked out 11 hits in the victory. They were led by Grant Reinhold, Seth Laub and Daniel Freed.

Other notching hits on the day were Louden Sheaffer, Thomas Howard and Gage Harlon.

Juniata picked up the first runs of the ball game posting a run in the first, three runs in the second, one in the third and seven in the sixth en route to the victory.

On the mound, Juniata’s Michael Baranello notched the victory for the Indians.
