Juniata falls in D6 opener to tough Johnstown squad

The Juniata boys basketball team fell Thursday night in the first round of District 6 action, falling to Johnstown 74-38.

Leading the offensive attack for the Indians was Ebel Gonzalez posting 14 points.

Makih Hunt was next on the score sheet with a 9-point effort.

Johnstown had three players finish in double figures.

Leading the way was Nyerre Collins with 17 points.

Teammate Dante Tisinger followed up with a 15-point contest.

Raheem Briswell was next with 11 points.
