MIfflin County and East Juniata finish contest tied at one

It was a battle between Mifflin County and Juniata County when East Juniata and the MIfflin County Junior High girls soccer teams met.

In the end, both would have to settle for a tie as they both scored a goal, ending things in a tie at one.

MIfflin County led in the shots on goal department by an 18-11 margin.

The combination of MIfflin County keepers Ciara Williams and Nessa Lust combined for 10 saves while East Juniata collected 17 shots.

Mifflin County picked up its lone goal at 15:15 when Danielle Warfel scored off an assist by Madalynne Carolus.
