Nittany 50 At Clinton County Motor Speedway Promises Excitement;Open Pro Stocks Return For 700 To Win – 20 Lapper!

Lock Haven, PA- Area racing is winding down but Clinton County Motor Speedway will be red hot Saturday October 5.
Super late model and, Millers Automotive Machine pro stock racers have plenty to be excited about. Current weather forecasts predict beautiful weather. The CCMS  3/8thmile oval  is ready and, a great fall racing experience is expected.
Super late models will time trial and, start their heat races ” heads up” off their recorded times. Following heat races and, the Nittany 50, laps competition, the winning driver receives $ 5,000.  Pro stock drivers battle in a 20 lap feature paying the winner $ 700. The same “open” rules, utilized during the recent Keystone 40, will be in effect.
Coleby Frye, super late model driver from Dover, PA was the first to confirm his entry for the event.
Speedway  management continues to tweak the program line up and, additions may be noticed during the week. Updates will be announced as necessary. Stay tuned to Facebook, social media and, the speedway web-site, www.clintoncountymotorspeedway.com for more details.
Gates open at 4 P.M. with warm-ups set for 6. Time trials begin at 6:30.
Ticket prices are as follows: Adult general admission, $ 18., Students, 12-17, $ 12., Under 12 Free! Pit admission is $ 35.
