Penns Valley tops Bellefonte in Mountain League volleyball battle

Penns Valley Volleyball bested Bellefonte on the road, 3-1. The Lady Rams were led by senior middle blocker Cammie Upcraft with 13 kills and 6 blocks along with senior outside hitter Kailen Winkelblech who tallied 11 kills and 10 digs. Junior setter Julia Emel directed the offense with 31 assists and 2 aces plus 9 digs on the defensive end. Sophomore libero Maddie Butler had a team-high 20 digs. Sophomore outside hitter Ella Hadley contributed 7 kills, 9 digs, and 2 aces, and junior middle blocker Ellie Coursen added 5 kills and a block for PV. 

For Bellefonte, Carlee Pepperman led the way with 9 kills, 21 digs.

Teammates making a statement were Emalee with Neff 10 digs,

Madison Melius 3 kills, 1 ace 15 assists 7 digs and Tayla Miller 7 kills 16 digs 2 aces.
