Seiler notches top spot in Mid- Penn golf outing

The Mifflin County golfers competed today in a Mid Penn Keystone match at Colonial golf and tennis club, home of Bishop McDevitt. The Huskies went 3-3 on the day, defeating Palmyra, Bishop McDevitt, and Cedar Cliff. MC fell on the day to Mechanicsburg, Red Land, and Carlisle. Colby Seiler lead MIfflin County on the day by shooting a match best score of 75, good enough to be the overall medalist. Jackson Flood shot his best round of his high school career with an 82, good for 6th place overall. Evan Breon shot a 92, good for 20th overall, and Jack Porch rounded out the scoring with a 97.

Mifflin County now stands at 9-10 overall on the season, and 9-9 in the Mid Penn Keystone Division. MC is back in action on Monday, 8/28, at Bellefonte.
