Sweet Perfection! Gaisior tosses No-No as the Indians post a 16-0 victory

The Juniata softball team continues to soar in the win column. Led by Liz Gaisior’s perfect game Wednesday afternoon, the Lady Indians topped Halifax 16-0 in a 4-inning affair. Gaisior struck out 10 en route to the victory.
Offensively, Regan Lowrey led off the game with a home run and added two more doubles, 3 RBI and three runs scored.
Mackenzie Lyter had two hits, two runs, two RBIs, and a walk, and Ashley Piper and Alexa Kuhn each also added hits for Juniata.
Next game up for Juniata is an April 13 against Greenwood.
With the win, Juniata improves to 7-1 and Halifax drops to 1-6.
