Mifflin County’s offense sizzled.

Mifflin County scored right off the bat (literally).
Max Oburn took one over the fence for the round tripper, making it 1-0 after one.
Noah Wright got the Mifflin County offense going in the second as he singled down the right field line.
Evan Mock followed with a single that allowed Wright to advance to third. Mock put both runners in scoring position, stealing second.
Wright scores on a miscue by the catcher.
Tyreen Smalley also singled to keep the momentum going, scoring Mock on the hit.
After stealing second, Smalley scored thanks to a single by Nick Hostetler, upping the Huskies’ lead to 4-0.
That would be all the offense that Hannon would need as he cruised through the Carlisle line up, allowing only five hits. He didn’t allow a run until the seventh when the visitors only allowed two.
“The Purple and Black Attack” scores another run in the fourth.
Hostetler scores off an Oburn hit, upping the score to 5-0.
In the the fifth, the Huskies put the game on ice, plating three more to take the 8-0 advantage.
