MC girls fall to Palmyra in 5-0 shut out
It was an off night for the Lady Huskies soccer team, falling to Palmyra 5-0.
Palmyra notched it’s first goal on a Nicole Romanowski unassisted goal at 12:08.
Minutes later Maddie Grinstead, made it 2-0 at 13:55.
KK Hamilton kept things rolling with an unassisted goal at 30:44.
Lexi Boltz rounded out the scoring with a goal at 32:29 and 60:44.
Palmyra outshot Mifflin County 13-5
In the Corner Kicks department,
Palmyra led 3-1.
Palmyra’s goalie Bailey Corrigan had five saves while Mifflin County’s Vivian Russler finished with eight.
MIfflin County is 1-5-1 in Mid-Penn action and 4-7-1 overall.
