MC girls WIN again; tops Carlisle

The MIfflin County girls are back again in the win column for the second time in two nights, topping Carlisle on the road 55-37.

Marissa Gingrich had another strong offensive night, posting a team-high 19 en route to the victory.

Brianna Bodtorf provided a strong 1-2 punch for the Lady Huskies finishing with a 14-point effort.

Like the night before, the MIfflin County offense heated up at the beginning, outscoring their opponents. When the period ended, MIfflin County outscored the Herd 16-10.

Carlisle’s lead scorer on the evening was Rachel Bell who scored 13.

In the second, the Lady Huskies continued to hold the advantage in scoring, posting a 13-9 period.

Going into the intermission, the Huskies led 29-19.

Things continued to roll as the Lady Huskies outscored the Herd 26-18 en route to the victory.
