MC junior high JV wins by one over West Perry

It was another nail biter for the Mifflin County Junior High Varsity team as they once again gutted out a tough one-goal victory.
Mifflin County outlasted West Perry on this night 4-3.
The young Mifflin County team plastered nine shots on goal while the Huskies goalie Bailey McNitt had five saves in the victory.
Leading off the night in the scoring department was Kylie Strawser as she was assisted by Sarah Henry.
Aubrey Strohecker followed with an unassisted goal.
Kate Knable also finished off an unassisted goal.
Rounding out the Huskies scoring was Strohecker thanks to an assist by Kate Knable.
West Perry finished with eight shots on goal and five saves, defensively.
In Jr High JV contest, Mifflin County lost a heartbreaking 1-0 loss.
Mifflin County finished with two shots while goalie Maddie Finkenbiner collected four saves.
West Perry had five shots and two saves.
