Mifflin County 13s fall in Tuesday action

MC 13u All Stars fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 5-0 loss to AATL 13u Prep Babe Ruth on Wednesday. AATL 13u Prep Babe Ruth scored on a walk by Caleb Detrick and an error in the first inning.

AATL 13u Prep Babe Ruth opened up scoring in the first inning. Chase Link lined out, scoring one run.

A single by Bo Benny in the second inning was a positive for MC 13u All Stars.

Brody Dull toed the rubber for AATL 13u Prep Babe Ruth. The pitcher went six and a third innings, allowing zero runs on two hits and striking out ten.

Trayven Shaffer led things off on the mound for MC 13u All Stars. The lefthander allowed zero hits and four runs over one-third of an inning. Colton Aumiller and Derek Wert entered the game as relief, throwing five and two-thirds innings and one inning respectively.

Benny and Liam Shaffer all had one hit to lead MC 13u All Stars.
