Strohecker reaches 100-point mark in loss to Altoona

It was milestone night for Aubrey Strohecker as she posted the 100-point in her young career with the Mifflin County girls soccer team.

However, the Altoona team had it offense going defeating the Lady Huskies 6-2.

Early in the game the Mountain Lions hit two early goals by Hailey Kravetz and Morgan Sarcee to take the lead.

Lily Yoder cut the lead in half as she picked up a pass from Strohecker and sent it home at 24:04.

Mifflin County later tied the game in the period off a Yoder pass, making it a 2-2 tie.

From there Altoona got second half goals from Nicole Hawk(2), Sarver and Kravetz, to take the win.

Altoona outshot Mifflin County 10-6 while the two tied in corner kicks with three each.

Mifflin County goalie Bailey McNitt finished with four saves.
